You must present your valid Rockingham County Public Library card before using the public terminals. A valid library card has less than $5.00 in owed fines.

You may use the computer for 1 hour. After the first hour is up, you may renew for a second hour if NO ONE IS WAITING.

You may call ahead and reserve a computer. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your slot will be given to the next person waiting.

Printing fees are as follows: .25 per page printed.

You will be charged for ALL printouts so please ask staff for help if you are unsure how to print.

Don't:
Use the internet for unauthorized, illegal , or unethical purposes.
Send, receive, or display obscene or pornographic text or images.

Penalties:
First violation-Verbal Warning and note in library card.
Second violation-Loss of Internet Privileges for One Month and note in library card.
Third Violation-Loss of Internet Privileges for One Year and note in library card.

Parental Permission
