INTERLIBRARY LOAN
The interlibrary loan service allows customers to borrow books that are not owned by the Rockingham County Public Library from other libraries across the United States. Requests for books are made online by library staff and the books are sent to the library through the mail. Loan periods and renewals are stipulated by the lending library. More information about interlibrary loan service is available at all branch libraries. There is a $4.00 fee for each item requested through the interlibrary loan program. This fee helps to defray the cost of postage and shipping supplies. |
